About Us
Alan Friedland, CPA
Alan is a native Floridian, raised in Boca Raton and currently residing in Fort Lauderdale. As a CPA, Alan has a passion for providing consulting services to clients to help them better understand their personal and business financial situation and maximize tax savings. Alan worked over eight years at a national CPA firm before starting his own practice in 2015.
Alan is a proud undergraduate alumnus of Florida State University and received a Master’s in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Alan is a Board Member of the Children’s Bereavement Center, Inc. and also the Joyce M Howden Foundation, Inc. Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two amazing daughters. He also loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing and hiking.
Jana Teich Boiman, CPA
Jana is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong academic background from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. After over a decade of experience at a top-tier national public accounting firm, she decided to launch her own practice in January 2023.
Jana specializes in tax preparation and consulting services for businesses and high net worth individuals. With strategic planning and a meticulous eye for detail, she offers tailored solutions to her client’s tax and financial needs. By staying up to date with industry trends and regulations, Jana ensures her clients receive accurate advice to make informed and timely financial decisions.
Jana currently resides in Boca Raton with her husband and goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, traveling, or planning her next vacation.
Will Boiman, CPA
Will was born and raised in South Florida and currently resides in Boca Raton. He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree, and later obtained a Master’s in Taxation from Florida International University.
Will began his career as an intern at a large national public accounting firm. Over the course of more than 13 years with the firm, he gained extensive experience in tax services before joining Friedland & Boiman in January 2025.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Will delivers a broad spectrum of tax services to clients across diverse industries. His expertise lies in tax compliance and consulting for both businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He also provides tax planning and advisory services, working closely with clients to develop innovative strategies that align with their financial objectives.
Outside of work, Will enjoys staying active through outdoor sports, particularly basketball and golf. When he is not in the office, you can find Will at a Billy Joel concert with his wife or relaxing at home with his dog.
